Terms of use
These terms apply to the PowerTodo website at ptd.pi3.in and the PowerTodo apps (together, “the service”), provided by Prisha iCube (“we”). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
PowerTodo is in development. Features will be added, changed and sometimes removed. We aim to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Your content
Your tasks, notes and other content stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you. You can export or delete your content at any time.
Your account
When accounts are available, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You must be 18 or older to use PowerTodo.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
- access accounts or data that are not yours;
- disrupt, overload or probe the service, except for good-faith security research as described on the security page;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Our rights
The PowerTodo name, logo, software and website content belong to Prisha iCube. These terms do not give you any right to use them other than to use the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend the service with reasonable notice where possible, and will give you a way to export your content first.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
